Fighting Tinkerbats in Dragon Valley

Phew, this was a rather big project for my standards.
I have started on Sunday.
And I must say, I did it quite fast.
Again for my standards.

I thought my last drawing of Shantae and Carol didn't do them any justice.
So I figured I'd draw them again.

This time, I drew those two in the world of Freedom Planet, fighting off some Tinkerbats from Shantae's World.
Wait, did Risky end up in the world of Freedom Planet?
Did she even go so far to team up with Dr. Brevon?!?
Well, use your imagination?

I could never see it clearly enough...
Does Carol have claws, a la Wolverine or does she fight with her fists?
In the end, I decided to go with fists. Since hand-to-hand is the only true way to fight in my eyes.
And I regret NOTHING!

Overall I am proud of this.
Even though I think I messed up at some of the background-parts.
Mostly the foreground, where Shantae and Carol are standing on looks very messy.
Ugh...

Note to self: Also use lineart for the background next time.
Oh well, lesson learned. I guess...


I love both Shantae and Freedom Planet.
Hope both sides enjoy this.
